Emulsifier

An emulsifier is a surface-active agent. After the micellization process and reaching the critical micelle concentration (CMC), emulsifiers minimize the surface tension at the interface of the two phases and form a stable emulsion. If the emulsifier is in nano form, the emulsification process occurs faster, more efficiently, and with greater stability. This type of emulsifier is widely used in various industries.
